36 Custom Length Sapim Spokes, 14G, New BLACK Spokes w/Nipples, 80 to 308mm

36 Sapim BLACK “Leader” 14 gauge stainless steel spokes and 36 BLACK Sapim 14 gauge brass nipples (nipples are 16mm in length).
These are brand new Sapim spokes and nipples, not new-old-stock, not surplus.
Spoke specifications: BLACK color, stainless steel, 14 gauge (2.0mm thick), non-butted (straight gauge), with a J-bend spoke head.
These custom length spokes are available in any size between 80 mm and 308 mm.

Refunds are gladly issued in the event the spokes you receive are not the requested measurement. Otherwise, if a mistake was not made in the requested measurement, a refund is not available as those spokes, unfortunately, cannot be re-sold.
Quality assurances for your custom-length lot of spokes:
1. All spokes are cut and threaded on a brand new Phil Wood spoke machine. The thread-rolling dies are sharp and in excellent condition. The Phil Wood spoke machine photos seen in this sale are pictures of the actual machine used to cut your spokes. Spoke threads rolled on this machine are sharp and clean.  With this machine, your spokes will be more firmly and safely engaged in the nipples on your wheel, which means a tighter, safer wheel for you.
2. I’m a DT Swiss certified wheel builder and a bike-shop owner/operator with additional certifications through the Barnett Bicycle Institute, the United Bicycle Institute, Shimano, Chris King, and Park Tool. I measure and cut all spokes. Just me. Not the part-time shop assistant (and no offense to the part-time shop assistant).
3. Precision. Every spoke is carefully measured and inspected under magnification. No spoke is packaged for shipping until its measurement is checked, then double-checked. No duds.
4. Packaging. All spokes arrive in sealed plastic sleeves, with a label that identifies the number of spokes, spoke gauge, and spoke length. This serves to prohibit debris from contaminating the spoke-thread-nipple interface while also keeping your spokes protected and labeled until you’re ready to build your wheel.
5. Fast shipping. Almost all orders are processed within one business day, often the same day. My local post office is the Dulles Airport mail facility, located near Washington, DC. Even if you’re on the West Coast, orders are often received a day (or more) earlier than would normally be the case.
